Business Analyst Intern

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to business and software projects. The intern will assist in gathering requirements, preparing documentation, analyzing business processes, and coordinating between stakeholders and technical teams. This position provides valuable exposure to software development projects and business analysis methodologies.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and development teams.
• Prepare User Stories, Use Cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in project planning, requirement validation, and UAT activities.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Coordinate between business and technical teams to support project delivery.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to prepare process flows, use cases, and business documents.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage.
