We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer who is passionate about software quality and testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, performing manual and API testing, identifying software defects, and working closely with development teams to maintain product quality. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and software applications.
• Conduct API testing and validate system integrations.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Prepare bug reports and testing documentation.
• Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure product quality.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and release verification activities.
• Prepare testing reports and quality assurance documentation.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Functional Testing, API Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, and SDLC/STLC processes.
• Basic coding knowledge in Python, PHP, Java, C++, C#, or similar programming languages.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, or API testing tools is preferred.
• Basic SQL and database knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control systems is a plus.
